How it all rose
Coley&Co is a fun, cozy little sourdough project born from Brooklyn roots, Houston days, and FaceTime bread dates with my Babushka. What started as a sweet tradition, has grown into a love for slow-made loaves, fresh-baked comfort, and sharing good bread with good people. Newlywed life just made the kitchen even warmer.
